- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field.

- Proficient in MS Office, digital marketing tools & social media.
- Develop & execute marketing plans for dairy products.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors.

Agricultural Supervisor
- Supervise day-to-day farming operations, including planting, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
- Monitor crop health and ensure timely implementation of best agricultural practices.
- Manage and guide a team of farm workers to achieve productivity targets.
- Maintain farm equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain records related to production, inventory, and farm activities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in farm management or a related supervisory role.

- Assign tasks and ensure efficient utilization of workforce and resources.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Resolve worker-related issues and maintain discipline on-site.
- Prepare and maintain attendance, productivity, and performance records.
- Report progress and challenges to senior management regularly.
- Education: Basic Graduation is mandatory.
- Proven experience in supervising and managing a large workforce (100+ labour staff).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
